Julie Baker has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of IT and Information Security in financial services as well as in academia.  Currently, Julie is the head of Cyber Innovation for TD Bank and the  CEO of the TD Innovation Center Ltd, located in Tel Aviv, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toronto based TD Bank.  Julie established the Israeli office in late 2017 and the focus of the office is two fold: 
 
1.      Finding and hiring cybersecurity talent in Israel to augment the existing TD talent pools in the US and Canada and ;
2.      Evaluating new, emerging Israeli cybersecurity technologies for potential implementation into the North American bank. 
Before taking this new role based in Israel, Julie was responsible for the application security program at TD and implemented a new secure systems development lifecycle at the bank.  Previous to TD, Julie worked at Citigroup, also in application security and before that at Deutsche Bank both located on Wall Street in Manhattan.
